Hope you all enjoyed your Super Bowl Sunday. We spent it with some friends and (per usual) I volunteered to bring dessert! I went to my Pinterest board to see what sounded good and S’mores Bars got a resounding yes. I have 3 or 4 variations pinned, but for the Super Bowl, I went with this one:
Yum right? They were really easy to make (except for the spreading of the marshmallow fluff…that one will need some more practice) and DELICIOUS. The perfect consistency of marshmallow, chocolate, and graham cookies. Serve it warm and it tastes like a more delicious campfire s’more. You can find the recipe here if you want to try your own. I will be printing this one out and adding it to the ol’ recipe book.
